Escaped Intelligence
AI should leave you more capable than it found you.
That principle guides our work in education, communication, career strategy, and hiring.

About Escaped Intelligence
We started Escaped Intelligence with a simple belief: the best AI won’t push people aside. It will help them become more capable.
Our founder has spent years leading large-scale AI infrastructure, published research and advanced the field of reinforcement learning. That experience made one thing clear: building an impressive model is not enough. The real challenge is turning the technology into something people can understand, trust, and use in their everyday lives.
That is the work we care about. We build AI that fit into the way people already learn, work, and make decisions.
The Approach
Developing Human Capability
Most AI is judged by what it produces. We care about what it develops in the person using it.
For children, that means educational systems that strengthen reasoning instead of bypassing it. For adults, it means intelligence woven into everyday communication. Ability to recognize when the way something is expressed may undermine the idea itself.
The point is not simply to produce a better answer. It is to develop the ability of the person behind it.
A Career Strategy of Your Own
Your employer has a strategy for your career. You should have one too.
We combine game theory, market dynamics, and a deep analysis of your experience to show you where your leverage lies. You can see which moves will expand your options, which risks are worth taking, and which apparent opportunities may quietly narrow your future.
The objective is not advancement at any cost. It is a career shaped deliberately around your abilities, ambitions, and definition of success.

Finding People, Not Résumés
The conversation between hiring bots is not going away. The problem is the contract they are using.
On one side is a standardized job description, usually reduced in practice to a few meaningful bullets. On the other is a one- or two-page auto-generated or outdated résumé, of which perhaps a paragraph or two matters for the role. Most of the depth is gone before the matching even begins. Automating that exchange does not fix hiring. It merely makes shallow matching faster.
Escaped Intelligence replaces this thin document contract with a deeper understanding of both the work and the person. We examine what the role actually demands, then connect those demands to the substance of a candidate’s experience: what they have done, the depth of their expertise, and the evidence that they can succeed in this particular role.
That also allows companies to discover exceptional people who are already doing valuable work elsewhere, and have no reason to place a résumé into the market.
AI will remain on both sides of hiring. We give it something more meaningful to understand.
